Scott S. is the longtime owner and operator of All-Star Recovery Homes in Santa Barbara, California. Scott offers decades of firsthand insight into the operational and compliance needs of sober living programs. As a long-term sober member of the recovery community he is committed to service. He and his team, we bring more than 70 years of combined experience supporting individuals and organizations dedicated to recovery.
