How to Use the Oral Cube
Preparation: Do not eat, drink, or smoke for 10 minutes prior to the test.
Collection: Place the sponge end of the swab in the mouth, actively swabbing the inside of the cheek and tongue for about 3 minutes until the color indicator changes (usually pink or orange).
Testing: Insert the saturated swab into the cube device and seal the cap.
Reading Results: Read the results after 10 minutes, but not after 20 minutes. A control line (C) must appear for the test to be valid.
Negative: Two lines appear (one in the C region, one in the T region).
Presumptive Positive: Only the control line (C) ears.
Invalid: No control line (C) appears.
